So who are we and what are we about? We are all about shifting the subconscious mind from Victim mode which deals with scarcity, debt, not getting ahead in life due to mega programming from media, news, our teachers and so on! To Freedom mode where we are able to attract or bring in more happiness, wealth, success, love in our lives. We do this by utilizing certain techniques that involve ancient exercises such as, Mantras, and of course Hypnotherapy and NLP. I been trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master, and Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist by Dolores Cannon, Akashic Records Reader and Past Life Regressionist. I have such a fascination with the mind and always have. I know that we are the creators or co creators of our own reality and if something doesn't work for us, and we are completely stuck, all we need to do is tap into the inner Genie to summon and help reprogram the subconscious mind with powerful suggestions. The Conscious mind is what we operate with during our daily activities and waking hours. It represents only a small portion of our consciousness and awareness.

The subconscious mind, lies below the level of conscious awareness. Its physical seat in the body is the lower brain and the spine. It records everything we do: every activity we engage in, our thoughts about those activities, our likes and dislikes about what we encounter each day. Although nothing is forgotten by the subconscious mind, for the most part this part of our consciousness remains hidden from our everyday awareness. 

Subconscious mind The subconscious has a tremendous influence on how we think and act when in the conscious state. It is hidden and running in the background. is the powerful secondary system that runs everything in your life. Learning how to stimulate the communication between the conscious and the subconscious minds is a powerful tool on the way to success, happiness and riches.
The subconscious mind is a data-bank for everything, which is not in your conscious mind. It stores your beliefs, your previous experience, your memories, your skills. Everything that you have seen, done or thought is also there.
It is also your guidance system. It constantly monitors the information coming from the senses for dangers and opportunities. And it would communicate that information to the conscious mind, which you want it to communicate (more on that tricky topic – later).
The communication between the subconscious and the conscious mind is bidirectional. Every time when you have an idea, or an emotion, a memory or an image from the past, this is the subconscious mind communicating to your conscious mind. The communication in the other way is not so trivial and is achieved using the principle of auto-suggestion.
This article will introduce the powers of the subconscious mind and how they can be used on the way to success. You will learn how to communicate better with your subconscious and how to set it on the track you want it to follow.

The Superconscious mind encompasses a level of awareness that sees both material reality and also the energy and consciousness behind that reality.

If we have a really good meditation and feel “fully calm” as you have stated, then we are beginning to experience a level of superconsciousness. As we go deeper in meditation and experience a deepening peace, calmness, divine love, and even bliss, then we are experiencing deeper levels of the superconscious. The superconscious is where true creativity is found. Expressions of this kind of creativity are distinctive from those that come from the subconscious. The superconscious is where ideas for truly great works of art, music, prose, poetry, great scientific discoveries, and deep spiritual experiences are found.

Paramhansa Yogananda made an interesting statement. He said that, “Thoughts are universally, not individually, rooted.” This means that as we elevate our consciousness and access the superconscious, we are accessing the thoughts that live on that level of consciousness. These thoughts don’t belong to us, but are universally available to those who live more on that level of consciousness.This is also like accessing your Akashic Records for more information just like what we do when we put a client under hypnosis under the sonambulistic state of consciousness when communicating with the Super Conscious mind. 

The opposite is also true. If we live mainly on the conscious or subconscious level, then we attract the kinds of thoughts that live on those levels of consciousness.

Generally speaking the conscious mind sees everything as separate from each other. A chair is only a chair, a person is simply the body they inhabit and nothing more. It has a very limited view of the world around it.

The superconscious mind sees that everything is, in reality, made of energy and consciousness and, therefore, it sees the underlying unity behind the outer forms.

The subconscious mind consists of “the unprocessed residue of thoughts, actions, and memories that are ever present, but more or less unnoticed. 

This goes into the memories and being able to delete them as they can carry toxic emotions, bad behavior, attitudes and blocks preventing you from moving forward in ones life.


This means that ideas that are drawn from the subconscious are not going to be new and creative and are not derived from inspiration. Looking in the subconscious can be like rummaging around the closet to see what we’ve stored away. This is why the usual dream state often has a confused and murky feel to it. There are also superconscious dreams, but they will have an uplifting and life-changing effect on us, and feel quite different from the usual dreams we may have.

Great book to read up on the power of your subconscious mind to understand exactly how important and powerful it is but the Superconscious mind is far more beyond this point, it is your higher intelligence. 

What is Hypnosis?

You would be amazed to learn that we experience trance states many times in  of our lives. Even when passing into ordinary sleep involves a kind of trance state. When watching the tv, sitting outside listening to the leaves brussel in the wind, the sounds of the waves lapping against the shore, can send you into a hypnotic state. The experience of hypnosis is similar: neither asleep nor awake and a little like daydreaming, with a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation behind it all.

Hypnosis is a different state of consciousness which you can naturally enter so that, for therapeutic purposes, beneficial corrections may be given directly to your unconscious mind.

In this way, hypnosis is an effective way of making contact with our inner (unconscious) self, which is both a reservoir of unrecognized potential and knowledge as well as being the unwitting source of many of our problems.

It is a fact that no-one can be hypnotized against their will and even when hypnotized, a person can still reject any suggestion. Thus therapeutic hypnosis is a state of purposeful (confidential) co-operation.

Hypnosis -- or hypnotherapy -- uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The person's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out or ignored. In this naturally occurring state, a person may focus his or her attention -- with the help of a trained therapist -- on specific thoughts or tasks.

How Does Hypnosis Work?

Hypnosis is usually considered an aid to psychotherapy (counseling or therapy), because the hypnotic state allows people to explore painful thoughts, feelings, and memories they might have hidden from their conscious minds. In addition, hypnosis enables people to perceive some things differently, such as blocking an awareness of pain.

Hypnosis can be used in two ways, as suggestion therapy or for patient analysis.

  • Suggestion therapy: The hypnotic state makes the person better able to respond to suggestions. Therefore, hypnotherapy can help some people change certain behaviors, such as stopping smoking or nail biting. It can also help people change perceptions and sensations, and is particularly useful in treating pain.

  • Analysis: This approach uses the relaxed state to explore a possible psychological root cause of a disorder or symptom, such as a traumatic past event that a person has hidden in his or her unconscious memory. Once the trauma is revealed, it can be addressed in psychotherapy.
